Or you want to improve your performance so far? Then use the sports watch in conjunction with the app in all its variants.
Functions
So if you do sport to lose weight, you adjust the maximum calories; if you would like to get fitter, you set the time; and if you are training for a specific goal such as a half marathon, you set at least 21.09 kilometers.
YOU CAN ASSIGN THE MEASURED VALUES TO THE FOLLOWING OPERATING MODES:
Daily mode The Daily mode accompanies you in everyday life – at work, when shopping, etc.; in doing so, it counts your steps and the calories burned. Sleep mode Sleep mode monitors your different sleep phases, such as awake, light sleep, deep sleep and REM sleep. Sports mode You set the Sports mode when you begin your training session, whether it be walking, jogging, hiking, biking, inline skating, etc. The duration, steps, distance and calories are counted. Nap mode Being active requires you to get regular sleep. With the Nap mode, you can refuel your energy with a 10-minute nap and start again.
