It can store 5.5 bln transistors in 1 cm2 area. This will ensure high speed operation and effective reaction to your commands. One more important circumstance is that you can perform limitless operations, since it is guaranteed that the smartphone will not be overheated and it won’t be necessary to limit the smartphone's operation to avoid overheating.
Image recognition
Kirin 970 can process 2,000 images per minute, which is faster than other chips on the market. During the presentation it was very exciting to see how it differentiates objects. When shown a thumb, it didn’t know what appendage it was seeing, but did know it was attached to a person. Moreover, the image recognition will help you in adjusting settings and shooting modes in order to get beautiful images. Therefore, through this new processor you will have better quality images which will be consciously captured by the lens.
